Compact
designed main housing is including UV light source, reflection, shutter and power
controller.
You can irradiate UV ray to your small points by the condensing lens through the
quartz or liquid optical fibers.
| Remote function | Possible shutter, light intensity control, and lamp ON/OFF operation from outside. |
|---|---|
| Light intensity control | Possible light intensity control continuously using the integrated iris plate. |
| Employed highrate condensing lens | Affliated both 850W and 1800W realized high irradiation. |
| Employed preset lamp method (*Only for UVB-300) |
Position adjustment after replacing the lamps is not required as the device employs a lamp and oval mirror in one body, and easy to replace the lamp for maintenance. |

Rod lenses are available for each application.
(Processing rod end faces to be rectangular or hexagonal according to purpose,
and tapering sides.)
Constant irradiation face with a small light intensity loss is possible with these.
• These are optimum for precision adhesion of optical parts (magnetic head,
glass lens), LD optical disk pickup, and sealing LCD display plates.
