Ultraviolet Irradiation Equipment UVB-300/850/1800

Compact designed main housing is including UV light source, reflection, shutter and power controller.
You can irradiate UV ray to your small points by the condensing lens through the quartz or liquid optical fibers.

Precautions for use

  • In case of lamp light failure, start up with cooling over 5 minutes.
  • Make sure not to move,swing or give a shock to main housing lighting on which cause lamp burned out.
  • Make sure not lock staright ultraviolet rays irradiated by device and liquid optical fibers.
  • Beause of fear of fire,make sure not to put combustibles on main housing.
  • Make sure not to close the vent because of heating up while light on.
  • Make sure not to use keeping uper door open or removing cover of device preventing shock lamp cooling. Main housing is designed not to supply when upper kept open.
 

Application rod lens (optional)

Rod lenses are available for each application.
(Processing rod end faces to be rectangular or hexagonal according to purpose, and tapering sides.)
Constant irradiation face with a small light intensity loss is possible with these.
• These are optimum for precision adhesion of optical parts (magnetic head, glass lens), LD optical disk pickup, and sealing LCD display plates.
