Precautions for use (make sure to read before use)

  • Make sure to turn on the air supply before turning ON the power.
    (Supplying electricity to the heater without the airflow may cause the heater element to disconnect.)
  • Make sure to turn OFF the power before stopping the air supply.
  • Use with less than rated voltage may shorten the heater life span.
  • Use the heater with an air pressure below 0.5 MPa.
  • When you used the heater near its temperature limit, ensure sufficient airflow is provided.
    (Insufficient airflow rate may shorten the heater life span.)
    • Standard airflow rate to obtain hot air of maximum temperature 800°c with the rated voltage.

E.g.: The airflow rates shown below are the minimum rates. Do not use the heater with lower than the flow rates shown below
